However for non premium, only One shotgun (the lvl 99 one) will have 1000 delay, so there will be no good dual shotgun combination for non premium...

Black Infinity and black mamba with a delay of more than 1000 is really bad.
As an old igunz/ijji player the 1000 delay is like a basic rule, and I wouldn't use any 5 bullet shotgun with a delay...
