Aye looking good but do you reckon a chamfer on the hammer head would go a long way to make it look more realistic while only adding 12 polygons (24 if we talking triangles)?

If such an automatic system is going to be added its almost guaranteed to be the version with shortcuts, since you cannot take onto account every shortcut on every map with checkpoints.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by smooth? Are your frames not stablized on the value you've selected them to be in the settings? What value did you use?
