Easy; add a new rule that says you have to post saying its fixed or somethin happens (punishment). If people oblige then a thread would be considered not-fixed if they havent replied to it.

its not that difficult-- you make a thread, showing your problem. once you solve it just go to the thread again and write 'solved it thx'

You can't really force someone to do that, though people should.
