The original photo worked and looked realistic because the sky was all one light value, but now that you have photo-imposed those other clouds with all midtone values, I can for sure tell this is a 'shop.

Not bad for a first, just a few edge cuts, light work and reflection on a few buildings that make no sense with the clouds.
But you can be happy about this as your first.

Thanks for the comments. This was really only to test the method of changing the sky, I didn't really try to add much else to it or make it perfect.
