Suggestion description: Mute rework.
with that i mean, mute should be like ban- ip and mac ban. If user gets muted, he can easily avoid mute just by using other account (i use it myself, yes).
If user is muted he shouldnt allowed to speak with his current ip using other accounts.
Good idea, that will block you from avoiding all your mutes

What if other people play on the same network? What about internet cafes?

We are running a cyber cafe, having 20 computers, just because of one player's mistake other players should not suffer.
