How about for every 20 or so.dmg you get 1 hp back?
Would be called life steal rings ranked 1-5 by level and the higher the rank the less hp needed to heal 1 hp.
Example:rank 5 would be 4 dmg=1 hp, rank 4= 8 dmg=1hp etc
