    IGN of reported player: GM-Fantasy,
    Reason: Random spike, laggin, tanky as fvck, also impossible shots whitout reloading, i saw him with 70 - 88 ping with spike, unlegit, also look when he rs omg really obvious. Maybe UC Or Forcelag not really sure.
