You must understand that if they enable training rooms, people will abuse it. It's supposed to be a reward, not a farming technique.

Correct.
Even if we wanted to include training, it's not possible since training rooms don't count XP/kills/deaths to your character actual stats which means we can't check if you played enough.

0.5 playing time? wtf is this I've been playing DM for amost 2hrs and TDM for like 20 mins and also I was online for more than 3 hrs already , and when i check my playing time it is still 0.5

After a decent trial and error period the 3 hours seem good enough for most of the players so we are not going to do many to no changes for now.
