[Help - Error] Fgunz not launching and giving "error'' message.

Hi

i wanted to get into Fgunz once more because i liked the server.
well i installed it multiple times, ran it with admin rights, exception to both firewall and anti-virus, also did both of the installers in the map refering to stickythread with tips
and still when i want to launch Fgunz, its just gives me this ''error" message.

like i said above, i tried everything listed in the 'help' topic, so yes i tried running that but my stystem got it already , tried reinstalling it tho i'm not a noob when it comes to software
