Have you tried changing the aspect via your VGA driver panel by setting it to only run gunz with the specified settings?

I've got Intel GFX, but I can't find such options in the Intel GFX panel.

Well that could be your issue, why don't you have your VGA drivers installed in first place?
Check your PC specifications to find out the name of your graphic card, google it + latest drivers, install them and afterwards try to change resolutions for the black bars.

I updated all of my drivers yesterday, and I have an Intel 4600 integrated graphics card.

Err...yes they do. I do on my other computer, and so do a few of my friends.

Look in your graphic card software that comes with it.


and enable GPU Scaling.

It helps with aim. I much prefer it. There's nothing stupid about having a personal preference.

Its not stupid, 4 scale is a lot better than 16:9 also 16:10, and the characters looks bigger so u can aim easily.
