Yes, I hope it gives you a notification because it makes me feel loved.

That is the idea behind it, like thanks you would get a notification that you got tagged in a certain thread or post.
Of course there would be rules for it so people cannot spam tag/randomly tag you.

Just add a delay between individual posts for tagging and make sure that it only gives you one notification if your name is tagged a million times in the same post.
