Suggestion description: I thought it would be nice is thoughtful, if we choose skin color characters. (Black, dark brown, pale white, etc.) so it will be much more diverse.

Lol no support on this.
On the scale of important updates to less-important, this is completely at the bottom, there's a lot more things that could be done instead of the skin color of the character.
+Once you get in the game, the only part of the body that shows is the face and that's if you decide to wear a hat that let's it show.

clothes already change the color of your skin for that part of the body, so you basically can get a white top and a dark brown legs
