i had the same prob
but now i fixed it ezpz
go to Pc Status (windows Defender) and there u can see It says Histroy and ... . ..... click at history ull have 3 things just restore them and thats it ;/

Something is blocking you from downloading it and it's either your AV or your firewall, in most cases, it's your anti-virus so make sure you did everything correctly..
