I was wondering if this is normal for gunz:



I already asked some one else and he said that it is lower at his PC.
If this isnt normal, how can i fix it ?

Specs of PC:
Intel Core i5-6600k @ 3.50GHZ 3.50 GHZ
RAM 16,0 GB
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970
