Imo it definitely doesn't look like OC. The whole point of that is that you move faster and I don't think he's doing that, and I don't think it's aimfix either.
I think it only looks suspicious because of the distance lag. I'ts a no from me.

It's a no for me.
The movements of the user are normal, it's in a normal speed, the same as the movements from the players in that room. No signs of OC.
As for the aimfix, his shots are normal, also, he misses a lot of shots.

Yes, he is moving extremely fast but it's not looking like overclocking at all, his laggy movements are probably caused by the distance lagg.
The user is definitely not using any kind of aimfix, there is no sign of it.
Feel free to report the user again with new evidence.
