Because we still need to be 3 to confirm whether he's using a hack or not, presumably ESP because that's what I guess you're accusing him of.

Could you be more specific about the 'hack' you're talking about?
Doesn't seem like the user is shooting the walls when there is someone next to it.
it also does not seem the user is using ESP since he's missing quite alot of players who passed him while he couldve spotted them (at the end of the replay)
Yes the user does hit very hard, but that could be caused by his spike.
Waiting for more opinions + a more specific explaination of the hack you think the user is using.

I dont know the exact meaning of uc/oc etc. I think he is dmg hacking (more dmg than possible).. so I think thats UC?

In my opinion the user wasn't hitting too hard. It doesn't look like ESP either.

I gotta agree with Ommadawn, did not look like he was UC, OC or ESP. Everything looked fine to me.
