Server is a littlebit boring because only a few clan is cw'ng.
maybe need to do action to make the cws full or I suggest make reward for rank1/2/3 clans within a month?

Given the fact that everyone on the server has the LB and other OP donation items, adding something like that would only make non-donors clanwar more which still won't make the CW as active as before because people search for competitive players.
I'm totally against adding back monthly USD rewards for the top 3 ranks as people used all kinds of hacks just and only to get those rewards.

shouldn't make the reward too much else you'll just get lots of hackers who hack their way to top 3

Maybe some clan vs clan other game-modes besides TDM? I can see people getting sick of the default TDM stuff clanwar is and has been for years. Maybe that would make it more active?

More rewards would be a big no-no since it only is incentive for people to start hacking their way to the top.

you need to give them something (or a chance to get something) that is only available in clan wars. perhaps, since we only have 1 op sg (aka the limit breaker), add a CW weapon, which would only be obtained in special lucky boxes the rank 1, 2 and 3's every month would get.

yeah its kind of alot of coding i would imagine but it would definitely make players more active in the clan war section
