It has come to my understanding that VIP is connected to your fourm account. Sadly my fourm account has many infractions (wrongfully not really my fault thats another topic) therefore could I make a new fourm account to connect my vip to ^_^.
ps: dont have VIP atm, this is a question asking WHAT IF i do get one.

No, and if you have vip ingame its most likely already linked to a forum account.

You cannot make a new forum account to avoid your infractions/warnings/bans.
You can still link your VIP to this account, for more questions about linking or requesting the link you would have to send a PM to our Leader Lord Dave the Third.
