Try to blur some of the rander to create depth, maybe use some burn and dodge if you like
About the name and the font
First thing

Second thing
Make the drop shadow sharper and smaller, use bevel and emboss, I think it would look great here
Make the colors of the name less Bright
Create a stroke for the name, metal gray color with bevel and emboss, it will add a lot!(if you don't understand what I am talking about in the name part or you just wanna see it just tell me and I will send you PSD so you can use or just learn abit)
