Go by choice, if one doesn't work, try the other.
- From the router settings, reboot your router.
- From the router settings, using the router's IP, check if the game is portforwarded (7700-7800).
- Unplug router for at least 15-30 seconds, replug.
For a better result, after trying each step, restart the computer as well.
