I don't know where to start, it looks so wrong, border is so ugly, don't use 5-6px border unless it's a transparent one (not black) to add as an effect of the signature.
The text is ew, the quality of the overall signature is bad, don't blur the render as you want it to stand out mostly, once you get on advanced level you may blur some parts of the render for better depth.
2.5/10 for the effort, check some tutorials to improve your overall experience.

I don't know sh*t about Photoshop, but it's not something I'd like. I don't really know what to say, but if had to say something, I would've focused more on the borders, they're too blurry. But, meh, for a first time I wouldn't say it's bad, keep on going!
