Im currently on 10k sensitivity and i wanted to ask if theres a way to increase it even further.
ive tried changing it in the mouse options in the control panel, and yet even when its in the fastest or most sensitive, it does indeed move faster yet doesnt affect turning speed of your player ingame.

The lower the sensitivity, the better accuracy and aim, that's how it works for every FPS game.
I don't think there's anything that would allow you to accelerate your DPI/sensitive, breaking the cap can pretty much ruin your mouse (small risk but still a possibility), not that I've heard of such though.

aim means very little to me, as i generally speaking never play gun-games, either glad or just playing events. for me the main goal is to turn around to my enemy or to react faster. not really sure what u mean by "breaking the cap"?

Start > search for 'mouse' > look for something like 'additional mouse options' > should open mouse properties > pointer options > turn it up?
If else buy a new mouse with more dpi.

There are cheap ones that already have a lot more dpi as the standard mice that come with computers like the Logitech G402 Hyperion or Redragon M601 Gaming Mouse.

Why the **** would you want to go over 10k.

You should be playing with a sensivity of around 3.5k - 4.5k lo
