Hi all, I've just realized that apart from clocking lower FPS manually by messing with the settings in your respective display driver interface, many people might not have lowered the burden on their processors. I found that if given permissions to boot under msconfig, one particular process has consistently taken up a big chunk of memory so here's what maybe you can try.

Windows Task Manager>Processes>Show Processes from all users>Search for any svcshost listing>gotoservice>look for wuavserv and end process.

Windows update is by default running passively on most computers its pretty burdensome.

Hope it helps! I urge you guys to comment if it works so it may benefit others! Cheers
