It's nice that you're playing around with the 3D effect it's just not working that well, try just some hints, it would be nice if the text was clearly seen, maybe if you placed it differently, also you could remove the background on the original and add your own thing, just anything you can think of that would make it look better. Oh and when you come to save a design as a image file save it as a PNG 24 file. That's just for starters and my opinion (:
