In my opinion, he wasn't using UC nor OC, his movements were fine, at least most of the time. He had glitchy movements for 5 seconds in Town.

However, I do think that he was using something.
At the first replay - It looks like he wasn't even trying at all, he managed to give 4 shots every round and somehow he dealt over 300 damage. He wasn't even trying to aim when you and your teamate rushed on him together.

At the second replay - I find the first round very fishy , he managed to solo you guys very quickly by shooting you from a very far distance. Couldn't find anything else suspicious in that replay.

At the third replay - This was toooo obvious to me. I'm talking about the third and the fourth round, I don't even think that an explanation is needed here.

About the first replay - I cannot consider it as evidence because you didn't provide 3 screenshots of the user's pings (You need to provide screenshot about each match). However, I've still watched it and it was very obvious at the second round and at the round it became 3-2 to them. Last round was kinda fishy as well.

About the second replay - the only suspicious round was the third round. His 2 first shots on you were weird as hell. The way he killed you and blackadidas was also fishy.

I thought about that and Can you guys (The GMs) check if he was lagging / spiking a bit?
I checked my records and his movements lagged at all (i mean in each record his movements were strange).

As I've already mentioned, he had glitchy movements for only 5 seconds in Town which is too minor. Also, it doesn't matter because you didn't inform him about his spikes anyways.

Talked with him ingame and he was spiking a bit, not hacking or w/e.
