Reason : spiking and he ignored my requests to fix it then he started talking shit to me cause I asked him to fix a couple of times so I am here to report.

If you look at the pings on these screenshots then you can see that basically everyone got a pretty stable ping and in the replay you can see alot of the players spiking/lagging hard, which means it might just be your net and not his. Going to need stronger evidence next time.
