Put your Freestyle GunZ folder in your antivirus/firewall exception list.

You should probably delete fgunz folder and try to reinstall.

Try going to Fgunz F.A.Q scroll down a lil bit you should be able to see a download link to the latest launcher.exe there and replace youre old one and see if its going to work.
