About Klea - The user wasn't overclocking, he was simply spiking.
About ^5JC - I agree that his movements seemed to be faster than other's, but I'm not sure if it's enough to ban him since he was camping most of the time.
Waiting for more opinions.
Near the end of the replay he took like 6 shot or something abnormally when I barely had time to block stationary.

About '^5JC' , can you provide another replay? It seems like it's too short to tell if he really is oc'ing.
