[Help - Other] Can't take Screeshots & Replays

It says "An attempt to take a ss has been failed."
Replay : "Can't save record"
I can't see clan images too.

Someone had that issue, I forgot how I solved it exactly, I believe he was trying to save up screenshots/videos onto a directory that doesn't exist or he had no Admin privileges on the PC causing the error unable to take SS or record anything so make sure you have permission to write files onto the default "my documents" folder and secondly, ensure that the directory you're trying to write/save SS/replays exists in the system.

Things I've done already : Reinstalling & making "Freestyle GunZ" folder in Documents.

I had the same problem
When the C drive was full I just cleaned it and now it works properly

My C drive isn't full,it's a new Windows. I just resetted MY PC.

Have you tried to remove Freestyle GunZ from my documents (where your replays and screenshots are being saved)?
If not; deleted it > run the game > it should make new folders in my documents > try to make a screenshot
