I didn't get the folder when I installed Freestyle GunZ.

Just to be clear;

• You did download the latest version from fgunz.net?
• What install path did you chose?
• What OS do you run (xp/7/8/10)?

Install path as in program files or anything, that sometimes matters to certain programs and cannot always work if they have a different file path for what ever reason.

Anyhow so you CAN play but you CANNOT take a screenshot?

Yes,I can play but I can't take screenshot,record and see clan images.

Try this:
1. Create the folders: C:\Users\<youseruser>\Documents\Freestyle Gunz\Screenshots, Replay, Emblem and Video.
2. Right click the Freestyle GunZ folder in your Documents folder > Security tab > Edit > Add > Advanced > Find Now > Find "Everyone" > Select and click OK > OK > Check "Full Control" under permissions > OK > OK.
