    audio services doesn't work.

    restart/close on the the audio part and restart the computer = got nothing

    tried window key+r+enter = trash bin

    any other methods?

    did that and restarted the computer and still no sound

    You still havent said wich windows os you got only 64bit so what you got windows xp 64bit? (obv not but you kno wut i mean)
    open Device manager make sure you got the right drivers installed


    open sound at configutation panel> make sure the right speakers are installed and working and set as default

    Okay.. First please check if your headphone is plugged into your pc. Secondly make sure that the Windows Audio Services are enabled and automatically starts with the launch of system in services.msc as shown in the following image

    Also make sure that all of your audio drivers are correctly installed, enabled and not corrupted via the Device Manager as shown here

    Let speakers be your default sound device and play around the sample rate and bit depth in Advanced properties of your speakers (or just click on Restore Defaults) till you get it to work.
