What sort of potatoware are you on? I've used Avast Free and Spybot as a combination. You'd be surprised how much are out there that have less performance impact than Bitdefender itself that don't even detect false positives.

You don't have to fill up your computer with useless AV programs when you can get MBAM and forget about performance issue or being infected with malware ever again, also it doesn't spit on false-positives..
