[Help - Other] Feels laggy

Hello, i have a problem :/
So i wanted to start play fgunz again, but it feels so laggy for me and i dont know why :/
Fps is 300 and can reach 1500, but still feels slow (feels like fps is lower than 300), my pc specs are good enough for this game, so i dont think theres a problem with that.
Can anyone help me please?

Have you tried removing config.xml and let the game generate a new (default) one?

Toggling off 3d sounds
toggling off most of the 1337 part 3 things like bullets effects n such
fps limiter 250/333/400

most likely its your pc running it on less cores. check ur task manager

Run a full scan, clean up all your disks, delete everything in %temp% folder and empty your recycle bin.
