    I used to play with a shit computer i3 3220 with a gtx 460 in fg, I had fps locked at 250 and I never got lower was working pretty fine , I bought new computer 2 weeks ago now I have a i7 6850k OC at 4.2 (from manufacture) with gtx 1080 and I can't even get a stable 250 fps, anyone has a solution ? (yes nvidia drivers are updated) is it just because I am actually playing on a HD TV which isnt a computer screen ? I can run battlefield 1 with every setting at ultra and I can't even run gunz stable.. somethings not working there

    I tried most of them, I always play with archetype I tried fps limiter which is already in gunz the first time I played I had 1500 fps, now cant get stable 250 Computer is brand new and I have antivirus but anyway only downloaded 2 things nothing to see with virus or defrag, Has nothing working in background and even if I lower resolution won't change anything, but thing is that anyway even if I had high setting I should be able to run it easy with the set up I have right now doesn't make sence

    Probably your GPU going into power saving mode, modern GPU's are so fast that they see Gunz as a low power 2d application. Right click your desktop, then go to the Nvidia control panel. Manage 3d settings, program settings, add gunz.exe from the fgunz folder. Then change the power management mode setting to prefer maximum performance.

    7. When I start FGunZ I get the error 'Failed to initialize DirectX'.
    This error can be fixed with a few solutions.
    Solution #1;
    - Head over to your FGunZ destination folder.
    - Search for the file named "Config.xml" and delete it.
    - Launch FGunZ using the Launcher.
    Solution #2;
    - You still haven't installed DirectX on your computer.
    - Click this link here to download the latest DirectX
    - After you downloaded it, install it and run FGunZ using the Launcher.
    Solution #3;
    - You still haven't installed Net Framework.
    - Download it from here
    - Install it and run FGunZ using the Launcher.
    Solution #4;
    - You still haven't updated your VGA drivers.
    - If you don't know what Video Card your computer has then do the following;
    - Hold the windows button on your keyboard and press R.
    - A box named "Run" should prompt up: http://i.imgur.com/ss2Ybot.png
    - Type in "dxdiag" and hit enter > click Yes if a box appears.
    - Wait for the tool to load and afterwards click "Display" > http://i.imgur.com/KxVA1fs.png
    - There you should see the name of your VGA.
    - Simply copy it's name and paste it in Google for instance > "AMD Radeon R9 200 Series Drivers"
    - Download the latest drivers, install them and restart your PC.
    - Run the FGunZ Launcher, it should start loading.
