[Help - Runnable] fps problem

Uninstall nvidia experience - problem solved.

I seriously doubt this program is the issue since it all works fine for me.

When exactly did you get this issue? Last week i updated my Windows 10 to its newest version which caused me to get unstable fps aswel, screen started to shatter and freeze. Could be an issue for u aswel?

Well I just bought new computer like 2-3 weeks ago and I played only once after I bought it I had 1500 fps, the week after it started dropping at 50 in tdm randomly for no reason idk if windows did an auto update that I didnt see
