About 'mercurydrug' , his ping doesn't seem to be affecting his game play. I don't see any signs of spike. There's a user that spikes in that room 'maeniel01'.
About '^GGibraltar^9' , I only saw him spiked once on your replay and it's not enough for the user to be warned. There's also a user who spikes more than the user you reported. 'xIVelocityIx'
