try to get a new keyboard if thats possible.

1) Control Panel > System and Security > System > Advance system settings > Advanced > Performance > Adjust for best performance
2) Control Panel > System and Security > Power Options > High Performance (usually hidden in "Show additional plans")
3) Search "%temp%" and delete everything
4) Run disk cleanups
5) Scan for viruses
