im not sure but its a CRC error which means:

1. damage to file during the transmission process
2. a problem occurred when the file was being sent
3. problems with the device that is accessing or opening the file
4. problems with the file itself

so make sure the file was sent in the correct format, try sending it with another method, make sure there is nothing wrong with your internet

if this doesnt work then you need :hang:wowus:hang:
