Reason: Force Spiking, You can clearly see he has a stable ping and just spikes whenever he needs it.
Told them many time's to draw and fix their issue, User stats he doesn't know how to fix his spike but continuous to play knowingly he spikes ( force laggs ). Unfortunately for him he kept ignoring and didn't draw the game.
