[Help - Launcher] can't install game

Hey guys,

Is there a possibilty that you can't install the game when you've downloaded it from one of the mirror sites?

I introduced my girlfriend to the game (ig name: LittleDino) and she loves it, especially the quests.

Now she was only playing on my pc via my client and now she downloaded it also on her pc but she can't install it. She says she misses an 'add' and she can't open installer.exe and if she can its a long loading time without anything that happens.

I do'nt really know what she's talking about so its hard to help her.. also cuz she's back to Russia now and i live in Belgium LOL

Btw: i saw that yandex.ru was blacklisted so i elt her use my other é-mail, but can she play when she's in Russia?

She can play if she is in Russia, we're not blocking countries (damn we're not racists)..
Give us a screenshot of the issue and make sure when you download the installer to disable AV, it might be detecting it as a false-positive thus deleting it.
