They really need to fix a lot of the skill descriptions. Lol.
Increases damage. Ok how much? Some say, some don't and then others add a self buff when the description describes a debuff.

i do agree however. some of the translations are not perfect.
ive seen a skill that says (some coding words with .skilltext at the end) in the description on the bottom where effects are xd

for now my advice is to gather as many as the kagerfield badges as you can. ive currently not ran into any of the sigils so i cant even upgrade it although i have 2 pieces.
the kagerfield badges can give u +999 attack in 1 slot so definitely start off by putting 30 of those in the top middle slot, then in the center slot, etc.

Unfortunately sigils were available in closed beta testing and they were disabled for open beta testing. this means you are not able to increase costume stats.
