Removed the warning as I didn't see Mex verbal warned the user.
Does Mex have a screenshot telling the user to fix it?

Does that not count as a warning: ''you lag'' he informed him and Cry went on with his playing, ignoring that statement Mex made.

No, it doesn't. Mex just told the user that he lag, and not to fix it.

Because Mex told him that so he could carry on with his spike, right?!
Decline this, GM. However ''you lag'' is a verbal warning IMO ''Go fix it'' would be redundant.
Declined.
Telling him 'fix it' isn't redundancy as 'fix it' word is an order or a command. Telling the player 'you lag' is just like stating a fact or an opinion to something.
And if he lags, why Mex is still playing with the user? It's also Mex's responsibility, he can just leave the game too, as it's a 1v1.
