Can I ask something serious?

Why do people listen to Japanese music etc if they can't understand what's being said? For me music is all about listening to the story within the lyrics and understanding it etc...

I can't speak for everyone, but personally I don't listen to the lyrics of songs at all. For me it's all about the music itself. Also I really like the sound of the japanese language, can't really explain why though.
