[Help - Error] Cant open gunz launcher reinstalled but error

it was working then it crashed then the launcher wouldnt open so i reinstalled but it doesnt install help please thanks

Your anti-virus software or firewall is blocking it.
Either disable your anti-virus and firewall, or add the FGunZ Launcher to the exception list of your anti-virus software and firewall.

how do i add the fgunz launcher if i cant even install it and i disabled the anti virus and firewall doesnt work please help zabu is best

run as administrator
There are 2 different things that could cause this problem, try both solutions.

Either: Your firewall or anti-virus software are blocking the Launcher and FGunZ.
Disable your anti-virus and firewall, or add gunz.exe and launcher.exe (inside your FGunZ folder) to the exception list of your firewall and anti-virus software and restart FGunZ.

Or: You may have to install Microsoft 2010 Redistributable which is located in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Freestyle GunZ Version 7\redist" Folder.
If you're using 64 bit OS - install the x86 AND x64. If using a 32 bit OS, install the x86 only.
If it asks - run the repair option.

After skyping with the guy:
his gunz wouldnt start>reinstalled Refistrubatable=ok
his windows icons where all blank/he couldnt always see clan logo's>Registry fix = ok
he had some kind of malware kept changing his homepage> Deleted=ok
he wanted Archtype and a custom corshair> Did that too
Also made a new forum account and introduced him to lastpass because he kept forgetting his passwords
