[Help - Account] New player, can't log into launcher

Once the game launches it takes me to the screen which asks me for my username and password. I enter the same username and password that allows me to log into this site (i know forumn accounts are seperate from game accounts, and passwords are often case sensitive). However, it doesn't let me click enter to enter the game. Can somebody help?

You can only join the first server not the other one. So press first one not other one. It will get you inside the server not the other one.

I think U should off you anti virus / firewall + add the gunz to list of firewall that might work

dude your problem is related to your isp

I say you should hit that gunz.exe file into your firewall/anti virus exception list.
