[Help - Account] New player, can't log into launcher

I say you should hit that gunz.exe file into your firewall/anti virus exception list.

Its been on the exception list, i just double checked.

its not an ISP issue, I can log into other servers just fine. Just not this one.

I think U should off you anti virus / firewall + add the gunz to list of firewall that might work

This problem is started since past 3 month

I double checked to make sure it was already on the list, it says: "Gunz is already on the list of exceptions" for the firewall.

Redownload the files.

Delete everything and run the Launcher again.
