another way to think about it is they care so much about their reputation in the game that they hack so they can get good lol xd. Also chances are quite low still a lot of hackers out there. Like I could up hit box by only 0.1% and no one would notice

Some games have a wall of shame. Just depends if Dave or Mcsic want to bother with one or not.

Apparently they dont know because apparently they think their odds are low. Thus not caring enough to stop hacking, for as akimbo said, they would get more reputation by acting good.
This however might change how they view whats going to happen incase they get banned.

Not much of a witch hunt. It's just an additional consequence that comes with being banned for hacking. Hackers get found either way.
