As far as i remember, a thread like this got locked. But in the meantime, i believe that the following should become GMs.

QNal: He's really mature, he's a real computer smartie, and he's never been in any fights as far as i've ever seen, because he's just too mature for that.

Nitro: I don't know how long this guy has been a Forum Moderator, but he's been doing his job very well, and he deserves more than what he is right now, he deserves to be a GM.

Stranger: Amazing GFX skills, could someday be designing the front of PS4 games (If it ever comes out), really kind, mature, knows whats worth doing and what not, and overall is just a great person.

Bear / BearZ: Great person, one of the smartest girls i've seen on the server, reports alot, very mature, rather active in my eyes.

Kyuu: Ahahaha, this guy, most DEFINITELY, must become a GM. Really deserves it, i can see him doing alot, doing the right things, when he comes on, he doesen't come off for a long time.

And don't say "lol fuk u man ur only choosn ur friends cuz theyre ur friends n u haet rest fuk u". No, i'm not, i'm honestly choosing who deserves to be a GM, and since about 90% of you posters have chose the other people, i decided to point out the strong points of others.
