    I put .mp3 files in the folder and tried to play them from the game but the songs dont show up in the mp3 in-game menu.

    Make sure the you did put the files in C:\Program Files (x86)\Freestyle GunZ\CUSTOM\music

    Yeah i did this. Have you done this too and had it work for you?

    I dont listen to music while playing, but i did it b4 and it worked yeah

    Are you sure they are actually in MP3 format? I tried AAC and unfortunately that doesn't work D:
    MP3 sounds horrible though, might just wanna play your music through another music player and just turn in-game music off.

    i cant find a single difference between mp3 and any other music player...

    anyways, ot; it works for other people, can you by any chance show us a screenshot or two of the songs that youve put along with the folder so maybe we could find something wrong with it?

    I was talking about the actual MP3 format, AAC is like the improved version that does not just discard a lot of data that does matter and it saves about the same space.

    Try to change the Music Title it maybe have some "weird characters " which causes this problem.
    I had some Issues with music titles with Japanese Letters for example after i Changed the whole Title it worked properly.
