Same happened to me today, killed some guy with no problems, then one round later i hit this guy like 6 pbs while hes just running towards me with massive and misses lol, he was like 60 ping to me and didnt even spike or anything

ping may show normal but when you closed tab it probably spiked up its just delayed and takes awhile to update n then its steady or it could be AE where you can see him its all fine and then as rounds go on he goes -- ping and then as you can see he left which probably means he dcd or jut rejoined room to fix

Lately I feel like server is lagging and shots not registering for some reasons that's weird my net is the same and is stable also I saw few others complaining about it in game is it the anti lead or something else??

The anti lead in FGunz working fine to me. I'm evev think this is the best anti lead.
You just need to aim faster and you will kill anyone.
